As a lover of the outdoors, reality TV, baking, and live music you will always find me blasting music in my car bopping around from plant nurseries to Home Depot or my favorite bakery.

Born and raised in Texas, my passion for mental health began in my small rural community. Due to the lack of resources for this type of community it led me to obtain a Bachelors in Psychology with a minor in Human Development and Life Sciences from the U of A followed by a Masters in Educational Psychology and Counseling from UT Austin.

As a therapist, I specialize in working with young adults and couples who are navigating life transitions, anxiety, family dynamics, sexual health, and relationships.  I take a Solution-Focused Brief Therapy and Existential approach that also weaves in a focus on client strengths and narratives. I tend to have a more direct approach with my clients, while also adding in humor and a space that allows for support and strength. I am an avid ally of the LGTBQIA+ community and strive to create an environment that empowers and upholds clients as who they are.

I believe in developing the mind-body connection in order to help clients understand themselves in a better light and in creating skills that empower clients. I would be honored to accompany you on your self-discovery journey and in creating a life that is fulfilling, vulnerable, and authentic.
