Hello, and welcome. As a therapist, I truly believe the most profound healing takes place when our experiences are shared and honored with someone we trust. I work alongside clients to address specific needs and concerns in a way that encourages autonomy, clarity, and fulfillment, even within possible uncertainty, suffering, and fear.

I take an existential and gestalt therapeutic approach. I specialize in working with teens and adults who are navigating life transitions, grief, loss, identity exploration, relationships, depression, and anxiety. I assist clients in expanding self-awareness, so they are able to lead their own meaningful lives through closer examination, acceptance, and understanding of the choices they make.

I have obtained years of experience working in a psychiatric hospitalization setting, as well as individual counseling at a non-profit organization. I graduated from Tarleton State University with a Bachelor of Science in Psychology, followed by a Master of Science in Clinical Mental Health Counseling.

When I am not seeing clients, you will find me loving on my cats, finally reading books (that I bought forever ago and did not open until recently), riding my bike “Penny”— yes, my bike absolutely has a name, strolling antique stores, spending time in nature, and making predictions with my family members as we watch “Married at First Sight”. I like to think I could be an expert with as many seasons as I have watched!
